How to BUY

You can make a direct purchase of the pre-loved items available on our website.

The online payment is done through a secured payment gateway and you may choose different payment options: card, Google Pay, Apple pay. In case you fail to make a payment please contact us via EMAIL info@selluxes.com or DM on Instagram and we will find a way for other payment options.

Please note that not all of the items posted in our Instagram might be available on our website due to special offers or reserved status. You may request desired item through the contact form on our website or Instagram DM for more information about availability.

Moreover, you may also contact us if you are looking for a specific luxury item from your wishlist. We can find these items for you in shortest possible time! To request such a service please use one of the following methods:

How to SELL

You may submit the form "SELL luxury item" on our website,

or

send us an email on info@selluxes.com providing the information about product : BRAND, MODEL, MATERIAL, COLOR, CONDITION, AGE, ACCESSORIES included and your suggestion of desired selling price. Some parameters might be skipped if you do not know them.

Please do not forget to attach 4-8 product photos in different positions for examining the condition.

After your request we will get back to you with the estimated selling price based on the information and photos you provided (usually within 48 hours).

Please note that we work on a consignment agreement with sellers, meaning that our fee will be deducted from the agreed selling price. The fee that we charge for our services may vary based on the price of the product.

Here is what you will approximately earn based on the product price (the final amount of payout will be sent in the offer):

80% if price 0-1,999 EUR

85% if price 2,000-14,999 EUR

90% if price more than 15,000 EUR

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery to the customer. The Products are delivered to the customer:

   - To the address specified by the customer in the order.

   - Through a parcel pickup point at the address of the pickup point designated by the customer (only CZ and SK)

   - By personal pickup in Prague from SELLUXES upon request (FREE)

The choice of delivery method is made during the order of Products.

Delivery Costs. The costs of delivering the Products depending on the method of dispatch and receipt of the Products are specified in the customer's order and in the order confirmation by SELLUXES. If the customer is residing out of EU import duty taxes and additional customs fees may apply and the customer bears any risks and additional costs associated. If the method of transport is agreed upon based on a special request of the customer, the customer bears the risk and any additional costs associated with this method of transport.

Delivery time.

-Standard shipping: EU 2-7 business days. NON-EU: 5-14 business days.

-Express shipping: EU 2-4 business days, NON-EU: 2-7 business days

Pick up of delivery. If, according to the purchase Agreement, SELLUXES is obliged to deliver the Products to the place specified by the customer in the order, the customer is obliged to take over the Products upon delivery. If, due to reasons on the part of the customer, it is necessary to deliver the Products repeatedly or in a different way than stated in the order, the customer is obliged to pay the costs associated with the repeated delivery of the Products or the costs associated with a different method of delivery.

Upon receipt of the Products from the carrier, the customer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging of the Products and, in case of any defects, to notify the carrier immediately. In the event of finding any damage to the packaging indicating unauthorized entry into the shipment, the customer is not obliged to accept the shipment from the carrier. Customer takes responsibility over the Products once taking over the Products from the carrier.

Refund & Exchange

RETURN

Please note that all orders placed from and shipped
outside of the EU are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are a customer residing within the EU, you have the right to
cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the delivery date. Please dispatch your return within 3 days of receiving the shipping label that we will send to you. 

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to
cancel the purchase by a clear statement and order number sent by E-MAIL to info@selluxes.com. You may use the example of cancellation form, but it is not obligatory:

We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium up to 48 hours.

REFUND

If you cancel the purchase, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the purchase. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

EXCHANGE

Please note that exchange
of any goods purchased from Selluxes is not possible. You may either cancel the
contract within 14 days period or resell the purchased goods on Selluxes in
compliance with our terms and conditions, if the deadline is missed.
